flavonoid compounds (quercetin, kaempferol, rutin, leucoanthocyanidins),
tannin, bitter substances,etc.
Fruit: about 1% volatile oil (with α- and β-pinenes, citral, cineole, terpineol, etc),
30-50% fixed oil, starch, sugar.
