The average yield in Kallmeti vineyards intended for this wine does not exceed 50 quintals / ha. Harvesting is done 2-3 weeks later than the rest of the grapes allocated to two other wines, when grape is overripe and has just started to crease in the vine
Pairs well with ham appetizers, pasta with minced meat, red meats roasted in the oven and mushroom dishes. Reccomended service temperature: 16 – 18 ° C. Also recommended to be consumed after the third year of production to get the best taste out of it. Open bottle before consumption according to the sommelier’s advice and the age of the wine. The yearly production of this wine is limited.
